At NumNumms, we take great pride in crafting fresh, delicious baked goods made with care. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we want to be clear and fair about how refunds and order issues are handled.

 

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are generally final once an order is placed. This includes online orders, preorders, and loyalty‑reward redemptions.

 

2. Order Accuracy & Quality Concerns

If there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items if you experience:

  • Incorrect items

  • Missing items

  • Quality concerns

  • Damage during pickup or delivery

We may request a photo of the product to help us understand the issue and improve our process.

 

3. Refunds, Replacements, or Store Credit

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund

These decisions are made at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.

 

4. Custom Orders

Custom cakes, large orders, and specialty items require advance preparation.

  • Deposits for custom orders are non‑refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup or delivery may not be eligible for refunds or credit.

 

5. Pickup & Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for items left unclaimed after the scheduled pickup time.

  • For delivery orders, please ensure the address and contact information provided are accurate.

  • We cannot refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or inability to reach the customer.

 

6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, NumNumms operates in a kitchen that handles common allergens. We cannot offer refunds based on allergic reactions or misunderstandings about ingredients. Ingredient questions are always welcome before ordering.
